I called the hotel and tried to cancel. They were willing to cancel, but unable due to the third party booking. So I called hotelplanner again. No answer. No way to leave a message. Just some weird hold music and a dead line. Now, on the night of my intended stay, still no response, but I receive an email from hotelplanner asking me how my stay was, so here's my response. I'm sure the Embassy Suites Buffalo are lovely, but is the single WORST company I have ever dealt with and I would highly recommend NEVER EVER using them or getting room blocks through them for your wedding/event.
